A Formidable Formula For Stoking the Body’s Flame!According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) - 'Qi', 'Chi' or 'Ki' (all pronounced 'Chee') is the lifeforce energy in all living things, and is usually understood in Western Culture simply as 'energy'. TCM describes Qi as a complex weave of many different energies and influences, with health and longevity associated with a harmonious balance of all aspects. SuperFeast operates from a strong base of Chinese Medicine principles, the 'Three Taoist Treasures' as Shen (spirit), Qi (energy) & Jing (essence). The Qi Blend is a skilfully crafted tonic herb mix designed to nourish your energy and vitality.

QI BLEND REVIEW BY DARCY - BIRCHER BAR FOUNDER & OWNER:
What I Like About It:
Better Breathing & Energy – As with most TCM medicines, the ingredients in this mix are 'adaptogenic' - meaning they help your body adjust and improve over time. After taking it daily for a month I did experience a slight change in my energy and even more noticeably, breathing in my yoga and meditation sessions. Again, nothing as acute as a 'caffeine hit', but definitely a subtle and more sustainable lift.
Pleasant Taste – The tonic herbs combined in this mix have a to the taste of a melon. You can add it to pretty much anything you like, but it makes an especially great addition to a fruit smoothie.
Incredible Product & Company – SuperFeast truly know their craft. The Qi Blend has been in the works for years and is the fruit of many years of study and personal experience. We’ve worked closely with SuperFeast for years and are always confident when speaking to the quality, of their extracts.
What I Think Could Be Improved:
The ingredients in this mix are generally safe to take but have the potential to make cold or flu symptoms more acute. If you have a cold or flu, discontinue using it until you fully recover - and as always, be sure to consult a medical practitioner or GP
- Improvements in base energy levels
- Clearer and deeper breathing, especially during Yoga
- A guaranteed quality product from a great company
- Could potentially amplify cold & flu symptoms

What is a dual extract?
When herbs are extracted from plant material this is generally done using a solvent such as water or alcohol. Each method is beneficial, alcohol is used to draw out the fat-soluble components of the herbs, such as triterpenoids while water is used to obtain the herbs immune-boosting polysaccharides. Some herbs contain both fat and water-soluble constituents, and that's where dual extract comes in! Here, SuperFeast use both water and alcohol to acquire the herb’s full medicinal profile.
