What is SuperFeast Reishi?

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), known in China as Ling Zhi, has been revered in Chinese medicine for over 2,000 years and is often called "the mushroom of immortality". It is a classic Shen tonic, traditionally used to calm the mind, support restful sleep and help the body adapt to stress.

SuperFeast Reishi is dual-extracted using hot water and a rice-based alcohol. The two solvents matter because they pull out different compounds. Hot water extracts the polysaccharides and beta-glucans. Alcohol extracts the triterpenes, which give Reishi its characteristic bitter taste.

It is a TGA-listed 10:1 fruiting-body extract, sourced Dì Dào (地道) from China's Dabie Mountains.

Manufactured and tested in TGA-licensed facilities for heavy metals, pesticide residues, aflatoxins and microbial contaminants.

Adults: Mix 600 mg (¼ tsp) into 250 mL of warm water and drink immediately. Take once a day.
