Dispatch vs Delivery

Dispatch = when your order leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier.

Delivery timeframe = the estimated time it takes for the courier to get your order to you after dispatch.
Once dispatched, deliveries are handled by third-party couriers such as Australia Post or Go Logistics. While we work hard to ensure fast delivery, actual timeframes may vary due to courier network factors outside our control. -
Deliveries are fulfilled by our trusted distribution partner Vital.ly.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note we cannot change delivery addresses after dispatch.
Please note: your order will arrive in a Vital.ly-labelled box and may include a packing slip from Vital.ly.
