Refund policy
We accept the following claims for refunds or exchanges:

Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier tracking. It is your responsibility to inspect the products as soon as possible after delivery and before opening them.
The Bircher Bar does not provide refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Taste preferences
-
Perceived lack of results

Items ordered in error
To qualify for a return, products must remain unopened and in their original condition, even in the event of incorrect supply. If the entire order is returned, shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
Return Process
To initiate a refund or exchange request, please contact The Bircher Bar team at info@thebircherbar.com.au within 48 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Include your:

Please be aware that incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods must be returned before a refund can be issued. Our customer support team will provide instructions on how to return your products free of charge.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, a refund or exchange will be promptly arranged. If your order is refunded, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your funds to be processed, depending on your bank and method of payment.
All refunds will be processed in AUD and to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are final.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier (including safe drop, post box delivery, or authority to leave), The Bircher Bar is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.
Distribution Partners
As The Bircher Bar works with trusted distribution partners to fulfil orders, all refunds and returns are processed in line with their handling procedures. We’ll always act as your point of contact and advocate on your behalf to ensure claims are resolved fairly and promptly.

Nothing in these Terms alters any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We want you to love your order from The Bircher Bar. If your products arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery date and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
