What is Metagenics Magactive Muscle Magnesium Tablets?

MagActive™ Muscle tablets contains magnesium bisglycinate, a highly absorbable form of magnesium with enhanced bioavailability, along with the metabolically active form of vitamin B6.

This formulation helps reduce muscle cramps when dietary magnesium intake is inadequate and supports healthy muscle and nerve function. MagActive™ Muscle also assists in maintaining energy levels and a healthy stress response, with added zinc to further support neuromuscular health.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 additionally help relieve premenstrual symptoms, making MagActive™ Muscle suitable for daily use to support muscle comfort, energy, and overall wellbeing.

Each tablet contains:

MagActive® Magnesium (as Magnesium Bisglycinate) – A premium, highly bioavailable form of magnesium that is gentle on digestion and effectively supports muscle relaxation, nerve signalling, and reduction of muscle cramps and spasms.

Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate – Provides additional bioavailable magnesium to help maintain adequate magnesium levels and support normal neuromuscular function.

Activated Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) – The metabolically active form of vitamin B6 that supports magnesium utilisation, energy metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and helps relieve premenstrual symptoms.

Zinc (as Meta Zn® Zinc Bisglycinate) – Supports healthy muscle and nerve function, immune health, and works synergistically with magnesium for neuromuscular support.

Chromium – Assists normal glucose metabolism and supports overall metabolic and energy balance.

Together, these ingredients form a synergistic magnesium-support complex that helps reduce muscle cramps, support energy levels, maintain a healthy stress response, and promote optimal muscle and nerve function.

Adults: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
