What is Herbs of Gold Bio Curcumin 5400?

Herbs of Gold Bio Curcumin 5400 features Meriva®, a patented phospholipid-curcumin complex that delivers dramatically enhanced absorption compared to standard curcumin. Each daily dose provides the absorption equivalent of 5400mg of regular curcumin, or approximately 16.5g of fresh turmeric.

Curcumin, the active component of turmeric, is notoriously difficult to absorb due to its poor water solubility and rapid metabolism. Meriva® technology overcomes these limitations by binding curcumin to phospholipids, creating a more bioavailable complex that has been validated in clinical trials.

The formula relieves symptoms of mild osteoarthritis including inflammation, mild joint pain and stiffness, while improving joint mobility. It supports overall joint health and provides antioxidant activity to reduce free radicals in the body.

This soy-free formula is suitable for those avoiding soy-based curcumin products. It's available in tablet form with a straightforward twice-daily dosing regimen.
