Herbs of Gold Activated B Complex is a comprehensive B vitamin formula featuring activated forms of key nutrients for superior absorption and utilisation. Unlike standard B vitamins that require conversion in the body, this formula delivers ready-to-use forms including riboflavin sodium phosphate (B2), pyridoxal 5-phosphate (B6), methylfolate (Quatrefolic®), and mecobalamin (B12).

The activated forms are particularly beneficial for individuals with genetic variations affecting nutrient metabolism, such as those with MTHFR polymorphisms. Quatrefolic® is a patented glucosamine salt of methylfolate that demonstrates high water solubility for enhanced absorption.
