What is Best of The Bone Bone Broth Original?

Best of The Bone Bone Broth Original is the flagship product—pure, concentrated beef bone broth made with nothing but bones and sea salt. It's where most customers start their bone broth journey.

Made from 100% grass-fed and finished Australian and New Zealand beef bones, slow-simmered for over 48 hours. This extended cooking time extracts maximum collagen, gelatin, amino acids and minerals from the whole bones and marrow.

The result is a concentrated, spoonable broth containing approximately 33% collagen protein and 19 key amino acids. Unlike watered-down liquid broths, this is genuine nutrition—each jar makes 9.75 litres of broth at around 85 cents per serve.

With no added flavours, Original is completely versatile. Sip it solo, use as a stock base for any recipe, or add to dishes for a nutrient boost. It's the clean slate that lets you season however you prefer.

Each jar contains:

Grass-Fed Beef Bone & Marrow Concentrate (88%) - Slow-cooked for 48+ hours from 100% grass-fed and finished Australian and NZ whole beef bones. Contains:

- Full amino acid profile (19 amino acids)

The 48-hour cooking time extracts much more nutrition than typical broths, and the concentrate format means exceptional value—each jar makes nearly 10 litres. Frequently asked question

Regular stock is typically simmered for 2-4 hours and contains minimal collagen. Bone broth is simmered much longer (Best of The Bone does 48+ hours) to extract collagen, gelatin, amino acids and minerals from the bones. Stock cubes are often less than 5% meat with lots of additives.

Just add a heaped teaspoon to hot water for a warming drink. Or use it anywhere you'd use stock—soups, stews, sauces, gravies, risotto, curries. It adds both flavour and nutrition to any savoury dish.

Liquid broths are mostly water and often contain minimal actual collagen. This concentrate is 88% bone extract—you're getting real nutrition, not diluted product. Plus it's shelf-stable, lasts longer, and offers better value per serve.
