Melrose FutureLab Menopause Ultra Complex is an evidence-based formula specifically designed to address the challenging symptoms of menopause.

Hot flushes, night sweats, and changes in sexual function can significantly impact quality of life during this transition.

This formula combines clinically trialled Libifem® fenugreek extract, shown in studies to reduce hot flushes and night sweats while supporting healthy libido, with Black Cohosh—a herb with centuries of traditional use in Western herbal medicine for menopausal symptoms.

Both ingredients are delivered with LipiSperse® technology for enhanced absorption.

Each capsule contains:

LipiSperse® Libifem® Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum seed extract) - A proprietary fenugreek extract standardised to Fenuside™ saponins, clinically shown to reduce hot flushes and night sweats, support healthy libido and sexual satisfaction in menopausal women.

LipiSperse® Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa root and rhizome extract) - Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve menopausal symptoms including hot flushes, and to calm the nervous system.

Adults - Take one capsule with water twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.

In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure.
