What is SuperFeast Tremella?

Tremella (Tremella fuciformis), also called snow fungus, has been valued in Chinese medicine for centuries as "the beauty mushroom". It was traditionally used to nourish Yin, moisten the Lungs and support a hydrated, luminous complexion.

Its key constituents are polysaccharides containing glucuronic acid. These are hydrophilic, meaning they bind and hold water. This water-holding property is why Tremella is so closely associated with skin hydration and inner moisture.

SuperFeast Tremella is a 10:1 water extract from Gutian County in Fujian, the mushroom's traditional growing region. It is vegan, gluten-free and has nothing added. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavour, so it works well in both hot and cold drinks.

Cultivated Dì Dào (地道) on broadleaf hardwood in the Gutian mountains of Fujian, China. Third-party tested for heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides and aflatoxins.

Adults: Mix ¼–½ tsp into 250 mL of a hot or cold drink, or take it straight off the spoon. Increase gradually as desired.
