Melrose FutureLab Muscle Protein Complex is a science-led collagen protein formula designed to address age-related muscle loss.

After age 30, muscle mass naturally declines at approximately 3-8% per decade, accelerating after 60.

This formula combines GELITA BODYBALANCE® collagen peptides—specifically studied for maintaining lean muscle mass in older adults—with myHMB® (calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate), clinically shown to reduce muscle protein breakdown and enhance exercise performance.

Vitamin D3 supports muscle function and bone health, creating a comprehensive formula for active ageing.

Each 29g serve contains:

GELITA BODYBALANCE® Hydrolysed Collagen - Specific collagen peptides clinically studied to support maintenance of lean body mass in individuals over 65, supports muscle function and helps with muscle growth when combined with resistance training.

GELITA Hydrolysed Collagen - Additional collagen protein to support connective tissue health including tendons, ligaments, and joints.

myHMB® (Calcium Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate) - A leucine metabolite that reduces muscle protein breakdown, particularly beneficial during periods of reduced activity or ageing. Enhances physical endurance and exercise performance in male athletes.

Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) - Supports muscle function and calcium absorption for bone health.

Adults: Mix 29 g of powder (1 level scoop) with water, stir well and consume immediately.
Recommended to take within 1 hour of training.

Vitamins, minerals and nutrients can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
