What is Melrose FutureLab NAD+ Booster?

Melrose FutureLab NAD+ Booster is formulated to support levels of NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), a coenzyme found in every cell that plays a central role in energy production and cellular function.

NAD+ levels naturally decline with age—by age 50, many people have approximately half the NAD+ levels they had in their youth.

This decline is associated with reduced cellular energy, increased oxidative stress, and impaired cellular repair mechanisms.

This formula delivers Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride, a direct NAD+ precursor, combined with Dimethylglycine and enhanced by LipiSperse® technology for optimal absorption.

Each capsule contains:

LipiSperse® NR (Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride) - Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) is a form of vitamin B3 that serves as a direct precursor to NAD+. Unlike nicotinamide or niacin, NR efficiently converts to NAD+ through a specific pathway (the salvage pathway) with minimal side effects like flushing. LipiSperse® delivery enhances absorption.

Dimethylglycine Hydrochloride - Supports healthy methylation processes, which are important for NAD+ metabolism and overall cellular function.

Adults - Take one capsule with water, daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Adults only.

Not to be taken by children under 12 years old.

Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.

Store below 25°C away from direct sunlight.

Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.

"NAD+ declines significantly with age, which affects everything from cellular energy to DNA repair. What I like about this formula is that it pairs Nicotinamide Riboside — a highly bioavailable NAD+ precursor — with Dimethylglycine to support healthy methylation, a step many NAD+ supplements skip entirely. Add LipiSperse® for enhanced absorption and this is a well-rounded longevity formula."

Frequently asked question

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every cell, essential for converting food into energy and regulating cellular processes including DNA repair. NAD+ levels decline with age due to increased consumption by enzymes like CD38 and PARPs, reduced production, and other metabolic changes. By age 50, NAD+ levels may be half of youthful levels.

All are NAD+ precursors but work through different pathways. NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) converts to NAD+ via the salvage pathway and is well-absorbed without causing flushing. NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is one step closer to NAD+ but may require conversion to NR for absorption. Niacin (nicotinic acid) is effective but causes uncomfortable flushing. NR offers a good balance of efficacy and tolerability.

Individual responses vary considerably. Some people report increased energy and mental clarity within 1-2 weeks, while others notice gradual improvements over 1-3 months. Benefits may be more noticeable in older adults or those with significant NAD+ depletion. Cellular changes occur before subjective benefits are felt.

NAD+ Booster is often combined with other longevity-focused supplements like resveratrol, which may work synergistically as resveratrol activates sirtuins that use NAD+ as a cofactor. However, avoid taking multiple NAD+ precursors simultaneously, as this may be redundant. Always consult your healthcare professional when combining supplements, especially if on medications.
