Best of The Bone Bone Broth Concentrate - Italian Herbs & Garlic is a beef bone broth concentrate infused with aromatic Italian herbs and garlic. It combines the gut-healing, collagen-rich benefits of bone broth with flavours that work seamlessly into Mediterranean-style cooking.

Made from 100% grass-fed and finished Australian and New Zealand beef bones, slow-simmered for over 48 hours to extract maximum collagen, gelatin and minerals. The result is a nutrient-dense concentrate containing approximately 33% collagen protein.

The Italian herb and garlic blend means this broth works straight into pasta sauces, risottos, minestrone, and any dish where you'd traditionally use stock. No extra seasoning needed—just stir in and cook.

Each jar makes approximately 9.75 litres of broth at around 85 cents per serve. It's a gut-health product that actually tastes like something you want to eat.

For drinking: Add 1 heaped teaspoon to a cup of hot water.

Absolutely—and it's a significant upgrade. Stock cubes are typically less than 5% meat with lots of additives. This is 88% concentrated bone broth with real collagen and nutrients. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of liquid in any recipe calling for stock.

Best of The Bone broths are generally FODMAP friendly, but this flavour contains garlic which is high FODMAP. If you're following a strict low FODMAP diet, the Original flavour may be a better choice.
