TRUE PROTEIN WPC80: MY IN-DEPTH REVIEW

My recent introduction to this product, coupled with a detailed analysis of its properties, forms the basis of this review. Engaging with True Protein WPC80, even over a short period, has provided me with insights into its efficacy and benefits. Here's what I found.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT TRUE PROTEIN WPC80

Leading Manufacturing Processes

WPC80 undergoes an ultra-filtration process (UF), ensuring a pure and refined protein product. This attention to detail in manufacturing contributes significantly to the protein's quality.

Contains Vitamins and Minerals

Unlike some other protein forms, WPC80 retains essential minerals like potassium, calcium, and iron, along with traces of Vitamin A. This retention of nutrients makes it more than just a protein source.

High in Protein

Whey protein concentrate has one of the highest protein contents of any known substance to man (except that of Whey Protein Isolate). In natural form, it boasts 90%+ protein content making it ideal for supporting lean muscle growth.

Fast Digesting

The bioavailability of whey protein concentrate means it is quickly digested by the body to provide essential amino acids for fuel or recovery.

New Zealand Sourced

Not all protein powders are made equally, NZ proteins are considered the best in the world due to industry-leading livestock processes and strict government regulations.

Rich Amino Acid Profile

The whey protein concentrate contains a complete amino acid profile for rebuilding muscle and providing vital nutrition for the body.

Great For Any Dietary Preferences

Catering to a range of dietary needs, WPC80 is gluten-free, suitable for vegetarians, and contains no added sugar. This inclusivity makes it a versatile choice for various lifestyles and preferences.

AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT

  • Minimal Taste: The flavour lacks the intensity that I'm used to. But, if you prefer a protein shake that is not overpowering, this option may be suitable for you.
  • Eco-friendly Packaging: More environmentally friendly packaging options would align with sustainable practices.

WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM WPC80?

This whey protein concentrate is a perfect fit for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone aiming for a healthier lifestyle. Whether your goal is muscle building, recovery, or weight management, WPC80's high protein content and rapid absorption rate are designed to support your health journey effectively.

    SUGGESTED USE

Add 1 Large TP Scoop (30g) to 150ml-200ml of liquid of your choice. Shake and consume. Consume 1-3 servings daily or as required.

We recommend that you fulfill this quota through a combination of wholefoods and protein supplementation.
