This delicious home-made Bircher recipe inspiration comes to us from the amazing Sarah at Scoop-It-Up!
Topped with beautiful fresh fruits, rich dark chocolate and creamy coconut yoghurt - this is full of flavour, packed with nutrients and easy to prepare!
Spiced Chocolate Bircher:
1/2 cup Bircher Bar Energy Mix
1/2 cup nut milk or milk of choice
1 tsp Cayenne-5-Spice Cacao
Toppings of choice such as fresh berries, coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs, dark chocolate & coconut flakes
1.) Combine the Energy Mix, Cayenne-5-Spice Cacao and Nut Milk in a bowl and mix together. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for a few hours until the muesli has soaked up the nut milk.
2.) When ready to eat, remove from fridge and top with fresh fruits, coconut yoghurt and your favourite superfoods! Feel free to add more milk here if desired.
