Packed with incredible flavours, nutritious fruits and all manner of healthy seeds & nuts - smoothie bowls have long been the breakfast of choice on a hot summer morning!

This particular masterpiece comes from the amazing vegan food-lover Jodi (insta: @jodiskitchen) and is incredibly easy to make. Topped with The Bircher Bar's GF & Paleo Energy Mix Muesli, this is a flavour and nutrition powerhouse -  certain to pick you up, and cool you down! 😊👌

Banana Mocha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

-2 frozen bananas

-3/4 cup coffee coconut water (Natural Raw C)

-1 tsp raw cacao powder

-1/3 cup ice

-1/2 cup Energy Mix

 

Method:

1.) Combine bananas, coffee coconut water, cacao powder and ice in a blender and blend until mix reaches an ice-cream type consistency

2.) Pour the mix into a bowl and top with Energy Mix muesli

3.) Eat as quick as possible before your friend tries to steal it 😊
