What is inflammation anyway?

Inflammation is the body's defense mechanism against bacteria, damaged cells and viruses. It said that a bad diet, stress and allergies could contribute to inflammation. Dr. Axe elaborates more on foods that can cause inflammation. 

The Paleo diet aims to remove these foods that cause inflammation. Here are 5 foods you can add to your Paleo diet to help reduce inflammation.

1.Turmeric

Turmeric is really getting a name for itself in the anti-inflammatory world. Mark Sisson has written an entire blog on the benefits and features of Turmeric.

2. Ginger
